MTC Motorsport BMW G80 G82 M3 M4 S58 Competition 89mm Stainless Steel Decat Downpipes with Flexi
- The M3 M4 downpipes are machined from T-304 high-grade stainless steel and are tig welded in house.
- This is our new design which are 89mm off the turbo and reduce down to 76mm where they join to the original exhaust.
- We have designed these downpipes with a flexi in to provide easier fitment and less stress on the exhaust.
- Provides a sharper throttle response due to faster spool of the turbo alongside noticeable power gains and a much more aggressive exhaust note which sounds truly amazing.
- Produces lower temperatures and less exhaust backpressure due to the relief of the turbocharger. The cylinder charge is increased which contributes to maximum performance.
- There is also a substantial weight saving in comparison to the factory catalytic converter.
- Mandrel-bent for better gas flow and maximum internal size to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque.
- Finished in brushed stainless.
These downpipes will fit the following models:
- BMW M3 G80
- BMW M4 G82
We have tested this product and found increases of around 15-20bhp.
Professional installation is recommended as some exhausts sit slightly different from others and can be tight although the feedback we have received from this product is that it is very easy to fit.
We also recommend purchasing a Lambda Sensor Spacer(s) to prevent the engine light coming on in most cases. If you search our other items you will find these. They also have OPF filters with sensors that will need to be coded out by a tuner. We recommend speaking to them before purchasing.

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Ordered the MMX Performance 15mm Wheel Spacers & Bolt Kit for my G8X. The kit arrived complete and well packaged, and installation was straightforward. The spacers give the car a much better stance without going overboard. Really happy with how the car looks and with the quality of the kit.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. The pedal feels much more confidence-inspiring and the brakes remain consistent when used hard. The kit looks fantastic behind the wheels as well. Very impressed with the upgrade.

Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek. It gives the car a much better exhaust note without becoming unbearable on longer drives. Very happy with the result and the service from CPC Clubsport.

Bought the MMX Lowering Springs for my BMW and I'm really pleased with the result. The ride height is noticeably better without making the car uncomfortable for everyday driving.
