Developed & manufactured at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, this ultimate-specification, billet-machined alloy chargecooler kit is aimed at modified BMW M2 Competition/M3 & M4 for track or fast road use. It offers an uprated cooling solution that’s above and beyond the ordinary direct replacements on the market.
The chargecooler has been designed to reduce charge temperatures and ensure they remain consistently low by resisting heat-soak, whilst retaining the OEM top mount location for simplicity. The end tanks are precision machined from billet aluminium to ensure a super smooth internal flow and a precise fitment in order to utilise the largest core that could fit.
It is the only uprated chargecooler for this engine to feature billet CNC machined, larger and freer flowing end tanks, with internal deflectors to help improve air flow distribution across the full length of the core. The caps and connector plates are also machined from billet for a perfect fitment. The kit fits neatly under the bonnet and requires no modifications, using the OEM dampened bracket and the original boost and coolant connectors.
Testing
Tested back to back and data logged on a tuned test car fitted with Littco L640 uprated hybrid turbos producing 648bhp and 684lb ft. With the OEM chargecooler, a power run from 2,000-7,500rpm would typically see an increase in charge temperatures of 39 degrees across the range. With the AIRTEC chargecooler, the same run would typically see an increase of just 9 degrees.

Please note, earlier non-Competition M2 models fitted with the N55 engine require AIRTEC part number ATINTBMW4.

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek.
