The S58 Engine Cooling System
The S58 engine features a cooling system with three frontal radiators, one large central radiator and two smaller auxiliary radiators located in front of each wheel. Tuned engines produce significantly more heat, making it challenging to maintain optimal engine temperatures during intense street, track, or drag strip driving. The OE auxiliary radiators have slim cores and plastic tanks, which are not ideal for tuned cars. Upgrading these auxiliary radiators is will help to ensure proper engine temperature.
Our Solution
Fortunately, the design space available for the auxiliary radiators allows for both increased frontal surface area and core thickness on both sides of the car. The OE radiator is identical for both sides, and our do88 Performance Radiators are designed to be drop-in replacements for both left and right sides. We offer them as a pair because upgrading just one radiator isn't as effective as upgrading both simultaneously. Our Performance Auxiliary Radiators provide enhanced cooling capacity to prevent heat soaking.
Installation
The installation is simple, as our radiators come with CNC-machined mounting brackets and OE-style “Quick Connect” inlet/outlet connections. The OE rock guard can be easily attached to our radiators for protection against small rocks and road debris.
Key features include:
- Larger core volume than the original equipment (OE), 43% larger.
- 2-row core that is 48mm thick, this provides an increased active cooling area by a whole 13%.
- Full aluminium construction, complete with durable TIG-welded end tanks.
- Increased fluid capacity (X,X litre more) for optimal heat dissipation.

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek.
