CSF’s industry-leading reputation and deep knowledge of high-performance BMW cooling systems is second to none. CSF is proud to announce its new halo product, the “Level-Up” Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold for the 2021+ G8X M3/M4 platform. CSF set out to create a charge-air manifold that would not only match the S58 engine performance, but take it to a whole other level with its ultra high performance features and durability.
The manifold is fully made from the highest grade billet aluminum. Each part is CNC machined with the highest precision and TIG welded to form a single air-to-water charge-air-cooler that is integrated into the intake manifold. The CSF manifold is not only capable of achieving the highest levels of performance of the s58 engine, but it’s all metal design is capable of withstanding extreme boost levels.
The ultra high performance liquid-to-air core is made by PWR. This Bar & Plate core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it will withstand the high boost levels motorsports race teams can throw at it. Feedback from the community has shown the OEM core which is crimped onto plastic end tanks is prone to failure starting at just 27 pounds (psi) of boost pressure
Adding power always requires more fuel. Similar to the industries best selling B58 “Super Manifold” (CSF #8200), the G8X M3/M4 S58 “Level-Up” Manifold features a top feed port injection system. The injector bungs are machined directly into the intake runners. The kit includes both the Fuel Rail and CNC Machined Block-Off Caps for non-use.
- Faster recovery of Intake Air Temperatures (IATs)
- ~30°F reduction of Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) compared to OEM
- Less pressure drop compared to OEM core – puts less stress on the turbo system, allowing more boost to be made at higher target power levels
- Ultra strong CNC Billet construction replaces weak plastic tanks with crimped-on gasket sealing core.
- High performance bar/plate intercooler core by PWR pressure tested to 120psi (OEM cooler is a tube/fin core which is prone to failing at pressures over ~27psi)
- Top feed port injection w/ included fuel rail (w/ CNC machined block-off caps included for non-use)
- Integrated Nitrous/Methanol Injection Ports – individual ports for each runner for maximum control
- Integrated vacuum and parameter pad to measure additional parameters
- Easy access to spin-off oil filter
- Integrated breather port for easy bleeding of air from the water side of the manifold
- Included KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer – a patented high-performance polymer thermal barrier, proven to lower intake manifold temperatures by up to 15%
- All necessary brackets, hardware, and instructions to install

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. The pedal feels much more confidence-inspiring and the brakes remain consistent when used hard. The kit looks fantastic behind the wheels as well. Very impressed with the upgrade.

Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek. Bought the MMX Lowering Springs for my BMW and I'm really pleased with the result. The ride height is noticeably better without making the car uncomfortable for everyday driving.
