Unlock serious braking performance for your BMW M3 E9X with the XC3 BTCC Big Brake Kit.
Built around AP Racing CP9660 Pro 5000 R six-piston calipers, professionally skimmed ex-BTCC 368mm x 36mm floating brake rotors and XC3 precision-engineered mounting components, this complete front brake upgrade delivers proven motorsport hardware in a package designed specifically for the BMW E90, E92 and E93 M3.
Each ex-BTCC rotor is professionally skimmed before supply, removing the previous pad transfer layer and providing a fresh braking surface ready to be bedded in with your chosen new brake pad compound.
Choose from Pagid RSL29, PFC 11, Ferodo DSUNO or Ferodo DS3000 depending on your intended use and preferred braking characteristics.

Professionally Skimmed Ex-BTCC Rotors
The 368mm x 36mm floating rotors used in this kit are genuine ex-BTCC motorsport components which are inspected and professionally skimmed before supply.
During braking, pad material forms a transfer layer on the rotor surface. Different brake pad compounds use different friction materials, and introducing a new compound onto an existing transfer layer can contribute to uneven deposits, vibration or inconsistent bedding.
Professional skimming removes the previous braking surface and pad transfer layer, providing a clean, refreshed face ready for the new pad compound selected with the kit.

The rotors remain ex-BTCC components, so cosmetic marks and evidence of previous motorsport use should still be expected. Skimming refreshes the braking faces rather than making the rotor a new component.
Choose Your Brake Pad Compound
The kit can be supplied with a choice of new motorsport brake pads, allowing the braking characteristics to be matched to the way the car is used.
Pagid RSL29
Endurance-focused compound with excellent modulation, consistency and pad life. A strong choice for longer track sessions and drivers prioritising predictable braking behaviour.
PFC 11
High bite with excellent modulation and release characteristics. Ideal for drivers wanting a sharper, more responsive pedal feel for hard track and sprint use.
Ferodo DSUNO
High-performance race compound with strong braking torque, excellent control and good high-temperature performance. Well suited to heavy track use and demanding applications.
Ferodo DS3000
Aggressive race compound with very strong initial bite. Best suited to sprint, competition and track applications where maximum response is preferred.

Product Description
The BMW E9X M3 is an extremely capable road and track platform, but repeated heavy braking can expose the limitations of the factory front brake system. Increased vehicle speed, higher-grip tyres and sustained track use all generate significantly greater braking temperatures.
The XC3 BTCC Big Brake Kit combines the AP Racing CP9660 six-piston caliper with a large 368mm x 36mm floating rotor to increase thermal capacity and provide more consistent braking performance during repeated high-temperature use.
The floating rotor assembly allows controlled radial expansion as rotor temperature increases, helping minimise stress between the rotor and aluminium bell.
XC3-designed rotor bells and caliper brackets correctly position the AP Racing hardware on the E9X M3, maintaining accurate caliper alignment, rotor positioning and pad sweep.
AP Racing bobbins and anti-rattle clips are available separately from XC3. Anti-rattle clips can be used to reduce the characteristic noise associated with floating brake hardware, while replacement bobbins allow the floating assembly to be serviced as required.

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable.
