The Nitron NTR R1 Coilover Kit is a premium suspension upgrade for the BMW G87 M2, engineered for drivers who want sharper response, improved chassis control and serious fast road and track capability. Designed specifically for the latest G87 M2 platform, it delivers a significant improvement in composure, precision and confidence compared with the factory suspension setup.

Developed from Nitron’s motorsport-derived NTR R3 damper platform, the NTR R1 uses a high-pressure monotube damper design with 2-way combined damping adjustment for bump and rebound. This gives the G87 M2 useful setup flexibility for road, track day and driver preference, while keeping adjustment straightforward and easy to manage.

The kit is available in either True Rear or Divorced Rear configuration. The True Rear setup combines the spring and damper into a single coilover unit for lower weight, sharper feedback and maximum tuning flexibility. The Divorced Rear option retains the OEM-style separate spring and damper layout, making it a strong choice for owners who prefer a more traditional installation approach.

Nitron supplies the kit with carefully developed Fast Road or Track spring rate options for the G87 chassis. The Fast Road setup is ideal for responsive road driving with occasional track use, while the Track setup provides increased stiffness, reduced body roll and improved stability for more focused circuit driving.

Built with ultra-low friction internals, titanium and hard-anodised components, the NTR R1 is designed to deliver consistent, fade-resistant damping under repeated high-load use. Each kit is hand-assembled to order by Nitron in the UK and can be tailored with custom spring rates, spring lengths or damper lengths on request.
