Our VAC Main Bearing Sets are made to our specs and specially coated to reduce friction to a minimum; enabling lower temps and faster revolutions in your expensive BMW engine.
Our coated bearings are thermal breakdown resistant, helping to prevent premature engine failures under stress when things are most critical. Edibility factor is also excellent; this allows our bearings to keep dirt and debris from harming the crank surface better than a standard bearing. These bearings can last much longer than any normal bearing set and have become a favorite product of all our race and engine building customers around the globe. They have reported unparalleled wear characteristics under all conditions and even "saved" engines during oil pressure loss. Each of our BMW bearing sets are made to our specifications with the same technology used in US military, NASCAR, and other engines that require "mission critical" quality. We use these in all our high performance BMW engine builds. If you are looking for high performance Main Bearings, this is the set for you.
We recommend these not just for racing; they make a great upgrade for street or FI builds as well.
Fits all S54B32 engines, including M Coupe / Roadster and E46 M3
VAC Tech Notes:
As with all bearings, please check your tolerances and size before installation. Sizing of your journals is normal and may or may not be required. Due to the specialized tools needed, professional installation is recommended. There are no returns available on any engine bearings.

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Ordered the MMX Performance 15mm Wheel Spacers & Bolt Kit for my G8X. The kit arrived complete and well packaged, and installation was straightforward. The spacers give the car a much better stance without going overboard. Really happy with how the car looks and with the quality of the kit.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Picked up the Millers Oil Motorsport CFS 10W-60 NT+ for my E9X M3. Ordering was straightforward and the oil arrived well packaged and quickly. Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. The pedal feels much more confidence-inspiring and the brakes remain consistent when used hard. The kit looks fantastic behind the wheels as well. Very impressed with the upgrade.

Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek. It gives the car a much better exhaust note without becoming unbearable on longer drives. Very happy with the result and the service from CPC Clubsport.

Bought the MMX Lowering Springs for my BMW and I'm really pleased with the result. The ride height is noticeably better without making the car uncomfortable for everyday driving. The car also feels more composed through corners. Installation was straightforward and the finished stance looks much better.
