Our E46 Fuel Starvation Kit Fuel puts an end to the aggravating and potentially dangerous fuel starvation that can occur in sweeping right hand turns. This is our more Budget-Friendly version kit, which uses a quality aftermarket fuel pump, rather than the pricey VDO brand pump.
The BimmerWorld View: While the VDO was our preferred for durability and longevity, the price crept up and up through the years as supply dwindled. So by popular demand, this version solves fuel starve with a little less wallet starvation.

- Retains factory fuel gauge
Updated November 2018 - We have now calibrated the kit to retain full factory fuel gauge function! Requires following the installation instructions exactly for cutting and splicing the wiring harness - you must read and follow the instructions (based on experience we have to point this out...).
The original E46 fuel system has the pump on the right side of the tank. That means in right hand turns the fuel is shifting to the left side and away from the pump! As speeds increase, starvation can sometimes occur even with more than 1/2 tank of fuel! Since most sweeping turns are high speed and starvation can be the same as lifting mid-corner, this can have disastrous results when driving the car at or near its limits. Additionally, starvation causes a lean condition in the engine which can lead to possible detonation and expensive engine damage. It also removes the troublesome Sucking Jet Pump from the tank.
Kit includes a new left-side supplementary fuel pump and sender, lines, fittings, wiring connectors, and instructions.

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. The pedal feels much more confidence-inspiring and the brakes remain consistent when used hard. The kit looks fantastic behind the wheels as well. Very impressed with the upgrade.

Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek. Bought the MMX Lowering Springs for my BMW and I'm really pleased with the result. The ride height is noticeably better without making the car uncomfortable for everyday driving.
