PRODUKTHINWEISE: Komplett geliefert mit M14-Schraube, Schraubensicherung und Powerflex Schlüsselanhänger. Die neueren F8x M2/M3/M4 bringen ab Werk viel Leistung und ein hervorragendes Chassis mit – kein Wunder, dass man sie bei den ambitioniertesten Trackdays und in Tuning-Werkstätten weltweit findet. Leider wirkt sich genau die Leistung, die diese Autos so spaßig macht, irgendwann auf die Fahrzeugkomponenten aus – allen voran auf die Buchsen des Hinterachsdifferenzials. Obwohl der serienmäßige Rohr-Hinterachsträger zwei Lagerpositionen vorsieht, verwendet BMW nur eine einzelne, versetzte Buchse, um den Differenzialhalter am Hinterachsträger zu befestigen. Dadurch entsteht unter Drehmomentlast ein Drehpunkt für das Differenzial – besonders, wenn die 4 vorderen Differenzialbuchsen verschlissen und weich sind. Harte Starts und häufige, abrupte Lastwechsel setzen die einzelne hintere OE-Gummibuchse extremen Torsions- und Richtungskräften aus. Die Folge: beschleunigte Alterung, Ausfälle oft schon bei rund 30-40,000 Meilen und ein unruhiges, möglicherweise polterndes Heck. Wir sind stolz auf unsere High-Performance-Lösung für dieses Problem, mit der du die Stabilität am Heck deines F8x M2/M3/M4 wiederherstellst. Der Doppel-Differenzialhalter PFR5-4030 wird im eigenen Haus aus hochfestem 6082 Aluminium CNC-gefräst und nutzt die zweite Lagerposition am OE-Hinterachsträger. Durch die zusätzliche zweite Buchse kann sich das Differenzial unter Last nicht mehr verdrehen – mit Vorteilen wie: weniger Bewegung im Antriebsstrang, besseres Ansprechverhalten, kontrolliertere und gleichmäßigere Reaktion des Chassis bei Lastwechseln, bessere Kraftübertragung auf die Straße mit weniger Wheel-Hop, weniger Belastung der verbauten Buchsen. Der korrosionsbeständige, satinschwarz eloxierte Aluminiumhalter ist für hohe Belastung und Auslenkung optimiert, hält hohen Drehmomenten stand und funktioniert gleichermaßen an Serien- oder modifizierten Fahrzeugen – mit einer einzelnen OE-Buchse oder zwei Nachrüstbuchsen. Der Halter lässt sich zwar ohne kompletten Ausbau des Hinterachsträgers montieren, wir empfehlen aber natürlich die Kombination mit weiteren Powerflex Produkten: unsere äußerst beliebte Differenziallager-Buchse hinten PFR5-4026 mit 80A Durometer für beide hinteren Positionen am Hinterachsträger, dazu unsere Differenziallager-Buchsen vorne PFR5-4025 – für maximale Kontrolle über das Differenzial und eine dauerhafte Lösung für sportliche Straße oder Track.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek.
