Design
Für die G-Serie M2, M3 und M4 haben wir das Ansaugsystem konsequent verbessert – nicht nur durch Neukonstruktion und Ersatz der Ansaugung, sondern auch durch größere Turbo-Einlässe.
Zusätzlich haben wir 3 Kaltluftzuführungen pro Seite geschaffen – statt der einzelnen Frontzuführung des OEM-Systems.
Die erste Zuführung kommt vom serienmäßigen Frontlufteinlass. Die zweite ist eine Frontzuführung in einem Bereich, in dem laut unseren Tests nur Umgebungsluft ankommt. Die dritte und letzte Zuführung ist die interessanteste.
Diese Strategie sorgt für die maximale Luftmenge bei der niedrigstmöglichen Ansaugtemperatur. Das Ergebnis: ein atemberaubender Look unter der Haube und ein spontaneres, sanfteres Ansprechverhalten. Mehr Drehmoment, schneller verfügbar, und ein kultivierter, unter Last markanter Ansaugsound.
CFD-Analyse
Wie bei all unseren Designs nutzen wir numerische Strömungssimulation (CFD-Analyse).
Die Ergebnisse zeigen eine gleichmäßige, turbulenzfreie Strömung mit dem Filter, der die Luft gleichrichtet und dem Venturi-Einlassrohr ermöglicht, große Luftmengen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit anzusaugen. Beide wirken unabhängig voneinander und bilden effektiv den größten Ansaugtrichter aller Ansaugsysteme auf dem Markt.
VERGRÖSSERTE TURBO-EINLÄSSE
Die aufgeweiteten Turbo-Einlässe sind deutlich größer als die Serienteile und sorgen für eine gleichmäßigere, schnellere Anströmung der Verdichterräder.
DREIFACHE LUFTZUFÜHRUNG
Wir haben viel Zeit in die Konstruktion unserer Luftkanäle investiert und sie mit drei Kaltluftzuführungen weit über das Übliche hinaus optimiert.
Das Ergebnis ist ein System, das bei den Ansaugtemperaturen mit dem Serien-Ansaugsystem gleichzieht.
High-Flow-Luftfilter & Ansaugtemperaturen
Unser eigens entwickelter Short-Stack-Filter mit großer Oberfläche ist größer als jeder derzeit erhältliche Konusfilter, hat eine riesige Öffnung von 170mm (6 3/4") und nutzt die Ansaugrohre optimal, indem er den Luftstrom zu den Außenwänden lenkt. Durch die Platzierung der Luftfilter vor dem Einlassrohr erreichen wir den größten Ansaugtrichter.
LEISTUNGSTESTS
Die Prüfstandstests wurden unter streng kontrollierten Bedingungen auf einem unabhängigen Dyno Dynamics Prüfstand durchgeführt, um ein echtes und realistisches Ergebnis zu zeigen.
Ein solides, echtes Plus von 12-16 PS | 10-15 lb.ft zwischen 5500-7000 U/min, mit deutlich schnellerem Ansprechen der Turbos bei niedrigen Drehzahlen und einem leichten Leistungsplus im mittleren Bereich von 4200-5000 U/min. Gezeigt wird das beste Serienergebnis (Lauf 7) gegenüber dem ersten Lauf direkt nach dem Einbau der Ansaugung (Lauf 8).

Bought the Infinity Design S65 Modular Carbon Plenum for my E9X M3. The finish is excellent and it completely transforms the look of the engine bay. It feels like a properly engineered piece rather than just a cosmetic upgrade. Really pleased with how it looks once fitted.

I went with the Endless MX-72 Plus Brake Pads for my G8X and they've been a great upgrade. The pedal feels positive and the pads give plenty of confidence when braking hard. They also work well for normal road driving, which was important to me. CPC Clubsport made the whole ordering process easy.

Had the Nitron NTR R3 Coilovers fitted to my E9X M3 and the difference is impressive. The car feels much more controlled and planted, particularly through faster corners. The adjustability is a big advantage as well, allowing the setup to be tailored to how I use the car. Excellent upgrade for a car that sees both road and track use.

Fitted the Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads F8X (Front) to my F82 M4 and they've been excellent. The initial bite is strong and the braking feels much more consistent when pushing the car hard. They’re particularly impressive on track where the brakes stay predictable through repeated heavy braking zones. Very happy with the purchase and service from CPC Clubsport.

Recently fitted the SG Motorworks S65 Unfiltered Velocity Stack Kit to my E9X M3. The quality of the kit is excellent and the finish looks great once installed. The engine sounds noticeably more aggressive under acceleration and the throttle response feels really sharp. Very pleased with the upgrade.

Fitted the AP Racing CP9660 368mm Front Brake Upgrade to my F82 M4 and the improvement in braking performance is immediately noticeable. The pedal feels much more confidence-inspiring and the brakes remain consistent when used hard. The kit looks fantastic behind the wheels as well. Very impressed with the upgrade.

Recently installed the Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust on my F82 M4. The fitment was excellent and the quality of the system is exactly what you'd expect from Milltek. Bought the MMX Lowering Springs for my BMW and I'm really pleased with the result. The ride height is noticeably better without making the car uncomfortable for everyday driving.
